High Judge Orivand is the one creating the Slient Monks in Fort Joy. He steals the Source from the prisoners and thus creating these more or less soul-less creatures. And he seems to be having lots of fun doing this. While we watch he steals the source from an elven prisoner and turns her into a Silent Monk. And he suggests we do the world a favour and let our source be taken as well. We kindle decline his generous offer, which results into a fight.
